Job Summary:

• Manage Sales operations and business development initiatives.
• Meet with project Consultants, Architects, Civil Contractors, Government Departments to promote and market products and services.
• Oversee the entire tendering process from initiation to final execution including thorough follow-up and coordination.
•  Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing key accounts & executing growth programs.
• Travelling throughout the entire state as required for business purposes.
• To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor product pitch according to their specifications.
• Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership-based relationship.
• Comply with the Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
• Experience in direct sales & marketing of engineering/ construction related products with direct marketing techniques.
• Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills and aggressiveness towards goals.
• Must have complete knowledge of the construction industry.
• Must be willing to travel extensively, approximately four days per week to fulfill job responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications: 

- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Civil Diploma in Same field 

-  MBA/PGDM in Marketing BBA 

- Plain Graduate with experience in Sales & Marketing
