Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating property deals, and driving real estate sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for delivering top-notch client service.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for Leads: Identify potential buyers and investors through cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and property site visits.
- Property Listings & Presentations: Promote available properties by conducting site visits, creating presentations, and preparing property brochures.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Conduct Property Viewings: Organize and lead property tours for prospective buyers, highlighting key features and answering any questions.
- Negotiate Deals: Work closely with clients to negotiate property deals, including pricing, terms, and closing agreements.
- Stay Updated on Market Trends: Continuously stay informed about market conditions, property values, trends, and zoning regulations to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.
- Legal and Documentation Support: Guide clients through the legal aspects of real estate transactions, including contracts, title documentation, and closing processes.
- Follow Up on Leads: Ensure regular follow-up with potential buyers and close deals effectively.
- Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, property listings, and deal statuses in the company’s CRM.
Preferred Qualification:
Previous experience working in residential or commercial real estate.
Established network of contacts in the local real estate market.
Experience in digital marketing and lead generation through online platforms.
Familiarity with the legal processes and documentation related to real estate transactions.
