As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for lead generation, initiating contact with potential clients, and building strong relationships to drive business success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lead generation activities using various channels such as construction site visits, social media, cold calling, and events to identify potential leads.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective accounts and contacts.
  • Tap into existing client networks for referrals and new lead opportunities.
  • Identify decision makers and key influencers in prospective accounts.
  • Research accounts to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Draft customized emails and cold call scripts to introduce the company to prospects.
  • Develop rapport with prospective clients and make a great first impression.
  • Ask insightful questions to understand client challenges and requirements.
