Skywing Capital is seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executives to join their team. The role involves sourcing, acquiring, and maintaining clients for various loan products, requiring strong interpersonal skills, financial product knowledge, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through field visits, calls, and referrals
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation to customers
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful disbursals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals
• Keep records of client interactions and loan status updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of loan products and banking/finance industry
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
