The Sales Officer position is a full-time OnSite role that requires an individual with expertise in sales, particularly in Modern Trade, Ecommerce, Local Key Accounts, and Sales. As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in Modern Trade, Ecommerce, and Local Key Accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional activities and campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market competition to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Officer or similar sales role.
- Demonstrated expertise in Modern Trade, Ecommerce, and managing Local Key Accounts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively close deals and resolve customer issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
