Job Description

We are launching a new product and seeking an experienced, strategic, and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our end-to-end marketing efforts. You will be responsible for building a full-funnel marketing strategy from scratch, managing both organic and paid channels, and driving measurable business growth. This role requires deep expertise in product marketing, lead generation, SEO, SMO, and performance marketing. 


Roles & Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and product marketing strategy to launch and scale our new offering.

● Own and manage organic and paid marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.

● Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies across digital platforms.

● Optimize content for websites and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

● Use keyword research and SEO best practices to grow organic traffic and improve search rankings.

● Develop and execute SMO strategies to grow engagement and brand visibility.

● Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, CTR, etc.).

● Lead A/B testing and conversion optimization efforts to improve user acquisition and retention.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, and sales teams to align marketing goals with business outcomes. 


Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with proven success in product marketing and growth campaigns.

● Strong experience in organic lead generation, SEO (on-page & off-page), and SMO.

● Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

● Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

● Excellent analytical and reporting skills; ability to derive insights from data.

● Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.


Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools.

● Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).

● Working knowledge of email automation and CRM platforms.
