Job Description

A skilled HR Head is sought to lead and strategize HR functions within a Garment industry company, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining talent. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in building and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance.

About Us: Ultradenim Lifestyle Private Limited is an Indian company focused on apparel, including denim manufacturing, garment production, and retail. They are also known for their own brand, FLIVEZ, which offers lifestyle fashion products. Ultradenim Lifestyle is a vertically integrated company, meaning they are involved in both fabric manufacturing (through Ultra Denim Limited) and garment manufacturing.


Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Head to lead our Human Resources department. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the garment industry, a passion for people management, and the ability to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Leadership:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition:Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Employee Relations:Manage employee relations, addressing employee concerns, and resolving conflicts.
  • Performance Management:Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
  • Training and Development:Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Compensation and Benefits:Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Compliance:Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Team Leadership:Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • HR Systems and Technology:Manage and improve HR systems and technologies, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect and analyze HR data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Manpower: If necessary, manpower will have to be arranged.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 15-20 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on the garment industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with HR systems and technologies.
