As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient maintenance and repair of machines such as the Lectra Cutter, Gerber Cutter, plotter, spreader, and other electrical machines. **Roles & Responsibilities**

• Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on machines, including a Lectra cutter, a Gerber cutter, a plotter, a spreader, and electrical machines.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with the Field Service Management team to schedule and prioritize service tasks efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure machines are operating at optimal levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Train customers on proper operation and maintenance procedures to enhance Customer Satisfaction & Retention.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

• Proven experience in machine service and repair, with a focus on Lectra Cutter, Gerber cutter, the plotter, the spreader, and electrical machines.
• Strong knowledge of Field Service Management practices and principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
