We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a ServiceNow ITOM Specialist in a full-time role. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions to optimize our IT infrastructure and services.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow ITOM solutions
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management in ServiceNow
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Operations Management certification is a plus
