About the Job:

We are seeking a proactive Site Engineer to oversee plot development projects, ensuring compliance with high construction standards. The role involves managing site preparation, roadworks, drainage, and infrastructure development. As a key member of the team, you will also contribute to Quantity Surveying and Quality Control activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute various site development works such as land clearing, road construction, and utility provisions.
• Ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, and local standards.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, surveyors, and suppliers to facilitate project progress.
• Maintain detailed site records and monitor daily progress.
• Resolve technical issues and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Prepare and verify quantities for civil works, support in BOQ preparation, and validate contractor bills.
• Conduct quality inspections, review material test reports, and maintain QC documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in plot/infrastructure development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site management tools.
• Strong knowledge of roadwork, utilities, drainage, and surveying techniques.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in large-scale plotted development or township infrastructure.
• Familiarity with government approvals and utility coordination.
