Responsibilities:

• Training: Developing and delivering training sessions for individuals or groups, both in person and online 
• Materials: Creating training materials like manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules 
• Assessment: Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and learner progress, and providing feedback 
• Curriculum: Designing and modifying training programs to improve effectiveness 
• Support: Coaching learners, answering questions, and troubleshooting problems 
• Environment: Preparing the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment 
• Communication: Liaising with other employers and organizations, and providing clear and accurate advice 
• Technical: Explaining technical complexities of the software 
• Travel: Traveling to client sites to conduct training sessions
