About the Job:

As a Solar Winds Administrator at I Square Tek, you will play a crucial role in our rapidly expanding company that specializes in Networking and Cyber Security, Application Support, and Testing. You will be part of a dynamic team headquartered in Bangalore, with additional offices in other parts of India and in the US, catering to various industries both within India and internationally.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Solar Winds monitoring solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Solar Winds infrastructure
  • Optimize Solar Winds performance and ensure system availability
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to Solar Winds configurations and processes


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SolarWinds monitoring tools
  • Experience with Ops ramp and Dynatrace
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
