Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Conduct pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
• Manage the hiring process from start to finish
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high performance levels

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, video)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team handling capabilities and leadership qualities
