Job Description:

We are hiring for our client, Tamanna Punjabi Kapoor, seeking an experienced Store Manager for their store in Delhi at Dhan Mill Compound. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in the fashion retail industry, preferably from multi-designer stores such as Pernia's Popup, Ogaan, Ashni, Aza, and renowned couture brands. This role demands a strong leader capable of driving sales and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Provide a premium shopping experience by ensuring all customers receive excellent service, assisting with personalized styling and customization requests as needed.

Achieve Sales Targets: Drive and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, along with managing the budget effectively to maximize profitability.

Lead and Develop the Team: Train, motivate, and oversee sales staff to foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring they meet store and individual targets.

Business Strategy and Promotion: Develop strategies to increase store traffic and attract new customers. Coordinate in-store displays and promotional materials to enhance the shopping experience.

Manage Inventory and Compliance: Oversee inventory levels, place orders, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle store administration tasks, including budget management and record-keeping.

Respond to Customer Needs: Address customer complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Market and Trend Analysis: Prepare reports on customer preferences, buying trends, and profits to inform strategic decision-making.

Preferred Qualification:

Experience: 8-10 years of experience in luxury or high-end retail, especially within multi-designer stores (e.g., Pernia's Popup, Ogaan, Aza) or couture brands (e.g., Gaurav Gupta, Riddhi Mehra).

Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, especially in luxury retail settings, and experience handling customization orders.

Sales and Target Achievement: Track record of meeting sales and financial targets through strategic planning and execution.

Leadership and Team Management: Strong skills in training, managing, and motivating sales staff to achieve individual and team goals.

Budget and Inventory Management: Proficiency in managing budgets, monitoring stock levels, and handling store administration.

Fashion Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of luxury fashion, trends, and high-end customer preferences.
