Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, with a focus on hiring top talent.
- Demonstrated expertise in Hiring and Recruitment processes.
- Strong knowledge of Global Talent Acquisition & Assessment methodologies.
- Prior hiring experience in GCC countries is highly desirable.
- Ability to provide Employee Experience Expertise to enhance the overall recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition will be a plus.
