About the Job:

Tamil Telecallers are sought for a full-time OnSite position. As a Tamil Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone. This role requires a proactive and persuasive individual with a strong background in outbound sales and cold calling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and effectively communicate the benefits of the product or service
• Generate leads through cold calling and other sales techniques
• Convert leads into sales by showcasing excellent sales skills and product knowledge
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and conversion
• Strong cold calling skills and the ability to handle objections effectively
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales and a track record of meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and proficiency in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented individual
