Leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools to find top candidates

Conducting interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring process

Maintaining an excellent candidate experience

Preferred Qualification:

Qualifications:

Looking for Freshers preferably in HR, IT, or related fields

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, job boards, social media)

Exceptional communication skills

Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
