The Technical Sales Engineer / Application Sales Engineer position is a full-time OnSite role that offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts, focusing on technical solutions and applications. You will engage in field sales activities, targeting B2B marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers or shipments efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effective routing.
- Plan optimized routes to minimize delays and operational expenses.
- Communicate with drivers and customers to address delivery issues and inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, schedules, and records of operational activities.
- Perform back-office tasks like data entry, documentation, invoice processing, and report generation.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries and appeals to potential applicants.
