Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students, job seekers, and professionals to promote training programs.
• Handle inbound inquiries regarding courses, admission processes, fees, and other details.
• Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
• Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to ensure conversions.
• Maintain and update the database of interested candidates.
• Achieve monthly targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to facilitate the enrollment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Regional language is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
