About the Job:
We are looking for energetic and persuasive Tele Callers to join our team and promote health insurance policies over the phone. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads, explaining policy benefits, addressing customer queries, and closing sales. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain the benefits of health insurance policies to interested individuals
- Address customer inquiries and provide detailed information about coverage options
- Close sales by effectively communicating policy details and benefits
- Explain policy details, features, benefits, premium rates, and terms clearly and convincingly.
- Follow up with interested prospects to convert leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and customer information in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations during all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers over the phone
- Strong sales skills to persuade individuals and close deals
- Fresher to Minimum 6 months to 1 year of tele sales or customer service experience (preferably in insurance or financial services).
- Fluency in [English and/or regional languages].
- Basic knowledge of health insurance products is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using computers.
- High school diploma or graduation required.
- IRDAI-certified insurance agent (preferred, not mandatory).
- Experience working in a fast-paced call center or insurance sales environment.
- Multilingual candidates are a plus.
