About the Job:

As a Customer Service Executive at our company, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers. Your primary role will be to solve queries, provide information about products/offers/services, and follow communication scripts for different topics. You will need to identify customer needs, research issues, and offer solutions while also looking for opportunities to upsell products. Building sustainable relationships and going the extra mile to engage customers will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will maintain records of conversations and attend seminars to enhance your knowledge and performance.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls
  • Solve queries and provide information about products/offers/services
  • Follow communication scripts for different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, research issues, and provide solutions
  • Upsell products when opportunities arise
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers
  • Maintain records of all conversations in the database
  • Attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
