About the Job:
This is a full-time OnSite telecaller position where you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products or services over the phone.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products or services.
- Persuade customers to purchase our products or services by following a prepared sales script.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about our products or services.
- Keep detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, and address any issues.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards customers at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow scripts and communicate product information effectively.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- High school diploma; additional certification in telesales is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
