About the Job:

This is a full-time OnSite position for the role of a telecaller. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing support, and engaging in cold calling to drive sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct cold calling to generate sales leads
• Promote products or services over the phone
• Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities
