About the Job:
This is a full-time telecaller position at our company. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on customer calls where necessary
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with efficiency and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional certification in customer service is a plus
