About the Job:

This is a Full-time OnSite position for a Telecaller at our company. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products and services. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your negotiation and sales skills while contributing to the growth of the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
• Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and preferences
• Persuade customers to purchase our offerings through effective communication
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Telecalling or a similar role
• Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
• Strong sales skills to upsell products and services
• Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
• Good time management and organizational skills
