About the Job:

This is a full-time OnSite position for the role of a telecaller at our company. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to promote our products and services, address their queries, and drive sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our products or services
• Influence customers to buy or retain the company's products or services
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and update customer information
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in telecalling or a similar role
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of tele sales techniques
• Excellent negotiation skills to handle different types of customers
• Ability to provide excellent customer support
• Effective customer engagement skills to build rapport and trust
