Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or related roles
- Demonstrated expertise in telesales, cold calling, and closing sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction
- Experience in B2B sales, with an ability to build lasting business relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements
- Strong customer engagement skills to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- Proficiency in customer service with a focus on issue resolution and client satisfaction
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
