About the Job:
We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller cum HR Executive to join our real estate team. This role involves a blend of telecalling responsibilities to drive leads and HR tasks to support recruitment and employee coordination.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads for real estate sales and promotions.
- Follow up on inquiries and schedule client meetings for sales executives.
- Maintain a client database and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers over the phone.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant department heads.
- Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding processes.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in real estate or recruitment is a plus.
