As a Telecaller Executive at Panacorp Software Solutions, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers and clients, providing them with accurate information about our products and services. Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers or clients to introduce and promote the company’s products or services.
  • Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer queries with professionalism and provide detailed, accurate information about offerings.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on leads, nurture potential sales, and build a positive rapport with customers.
  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed logs of interactions, including customer data, conversations, and feedback in the company database.
  • Sales Support: Assist in converting leads into sales by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Client Feedback: Address feedback or concerns from customers, ensuring high satisfaction, and escalate any unresolved issues.
  • Achieve Targets: Work towards meeting call quotas and sales targets set by the company.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer acquisition strategies and communication effectiveness.

Preferred Qualification:

For Freshers:




  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Basic understanding of sales and client handling.
  • Ability to engage customers with a polite and professional demeanor.

For Experienced Candidates:




  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving call targets and sales goals.

For All Candidates:




  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage customer inquiries with patience and problem-solving.
  • Good listening and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally.
