Job Description:
As a Telecaller Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and expanding our customer base. This full-time OnSite position offers you the opportunity to work closely with potential clients and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments
- Understand customer requirements and provide information about products or services
- Maintain a database of potential leads and customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in lead generation is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
