Job Description:

Job Title: Telecaller Executive (Female Only)

Job Type: Target-based, Full-time

Work Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our insurance products.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's offerings and services.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Address customer queries and concerns effectively to drive sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients over the phone.

Preferred Qualification:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi
• Good telephone etiquette and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and queries.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
