Job Description:

A Tele Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone. This role involves presenting products or services, addressing customer inquiries, and meeting sales targets to contribute to the organization’s success.

Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling:


  • Initiate contact with potential customers using provided leads.
  • Present products/services effectively to influence purchase decisions.

2. Customer Engagement:


  • Build rapport with customers and address inquiries.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs.

3. Sales Conversion:


  • Persuade prospects to make purchases or take desired actions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

4. Follow-Ups:


  • Maintain timely follow-ups with leads to maximize conversions.
  • Update customer interactions in the CRM system.

5. Product Knowledge & Support:


  • Stay updated on product features, pricing, and market trends.
  • Confidently address customer questions and objections.

6. Reporting & Compliance:


  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM.
  • Adhere to company policies and data protection regulations.

Preferred Qualification:

Skills:


  • Communication: Exceptional verbal skills and the ability to build rapport.
  • Sales: Persuasion, negotiation, and familiarity with cold calling techniques.
  • Customer Service: Empathy, patience, and professionalism.
  • Time Management: Efficient handling of multiple leads and schedules.
  • Problem Solving: Quick thinking to resolve objections or concerns.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and basic office tools.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain focus under pressure.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
  • Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage.

Other Requirements:


  • Clear speaking voice and professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, if required.

Salary: ₹13,000 - ₹18,000 per month
