About the Job:
As a Telecalling Executive at Healthmug, you will be responsible for reaching out to doctors, onboarding them onto the Healthmug platform, and managing ongoing sales relationships with them. This role is a blend of customer engagement, sales, and platform management, requiring strong communication and organizational skills to expand our network of healthcare professionals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Doctor Onboarding: Make outbound calls to introduce doctors to the Healthmug platform and guide them through the registration process.
- Sales and Relationship Management: Build relationships with doctors, promote products, ensure engagement, and meet sales targets.
- Customer Support: Provide support to doctors and resolve technical or service queries for high satisfaction.
- Reporting and Feedback: Maintain records of onboarding and sales, and update management on performance and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Telecalling
- Proficiency in CRM Management to maintain customer records and interactions
- Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and retention
- Strong Convincing Skills to drive sales and meet targets
- Experience in Sales and Business Development is a plus
