Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Explain the features and benefits of our offerings to prospective clients
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns
- Follow up with leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Maintain a database of customer information and interactions
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume and sales
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends to the management team
