About the Job:
This is a full-time Telecalling Executive role based OnSite. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting products or services, and generating leads through effective communication.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and pitch products or services.
- Build and maintain a strong customer database through lead generation activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales quotas.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to answer questions about the products or services.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while communicating with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Telecalling and Tele sales roles.
- Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation and converting leads into sales opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
