About the Job:

This is a full-time Telecalling Executive role based OnSite. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting products or services, and generating leads through effective communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and pitch products or services.
  • Build and maintain a strong customer database through lead generation activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales quotas.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the database.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to answer questions about the products or services.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while communicating with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Telecalling and Tele sales roles.
  • Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation and converting leads into sales opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
