About the Job:

As a Telecalling Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business development through outbound calls. This is a full-time OnSite position where you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective tele sales techniques and excellent communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services
  • Engage in tele sales activities to meet sales targets and contribute to business development
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the company database
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in outbound calling and tele sales
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
