About the Job:
As a Telecalling Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business development through outbound calls. This is a full-time OnSite position where you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective tele sales techniques and excellent communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services
- Engage in tele sales activities to meet sales targets and contribute to business development
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the company database
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in outbound calling and tele sales
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections

- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
