This is a full-time Telecalling Executive role that requires the selected candidate to work OnSite.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and pitch our products or services
- Handle inbound calls from customers and address their queries or concerns
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and set up appointments
- Work closely with the sales and business development team to achieve targets
- Demonstrate excellent convincing skills to convert leads into customers
- Ensure effective communication with customers following protocols
- Manage customer relationships using CRM tools
- Focus on customer satisfaction and retention strategies
- Proficiently use MS-Office tools for documentation and reporting
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills in day-to-day tasks
- Facilitate inter process communication within the team and with other departments
- Handle tasks such as MS Word documentation, email communication, and marketing activities
