About the Job: This is a full-time OnSite position for the role of Telecalling Executive. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list.
- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Routing calls to appropriate resources.
- Following up on customer calls where necessary.
- Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or similar customer service role.
- Proficient in Telecalling and Tele sales techniques.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Knowledge of MS Word for documentation purposes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
