Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of generating sales.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships over the phone.
- Persuading customers to purchase products or services by explaining features and benefits.
- Following up on leads and conducting cold calling to create new sales opportunities.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Recording all interactions with customers accurately in the database.
- Providing feedback and insights from customer interactions to the sales and marketing teams.
