Job Description

The job of a Telecalling Executive at our company involves engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products and services. As a Full-time OnSite role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and revenue for the company through effective communication and persuasion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conducting outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of generating sales.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships over the phone.
  • Persuading customers to purchase products or services by explaining features and benefits.
  • Following up on leads and conducting cold calling to create new sales opportunities.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Recording all interactions with customers accurately in the database.
  • Providing feedback and insights from customer interactions to the sales and marketing teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telecalling and tele sales roles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
  • Strong convincing skills to persuade potential customers effectively.
  • Ability to work towards targets and goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in lead generation and managing customer relationships.
