As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business development through effective telecalling and lead generation strategies.


Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct telecalling activities to promote products/services and generate leads

- Engage in cold calling to potential customers and convert leads into sales

- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals

- Utilize telemarketing techniques to pitch products/services effectively

- Handle email communication and marketing campaigns

- Demonstrate excellent convincing skills to convert leads into customers

- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to improve sales strategies

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions


Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telecalling, tele sales, and lead generation

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong convincing skills with a focus on sales and business development

- Familiarity with telemarketing and cold calling techniques

- Ability to effectively manage CRM systems and customer data

- Experience in B2B sales and understanding of sales processes

- Proficiency in email communication and marketing strategies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt to market changes
