Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telecalling or a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus
