About the Job:

As a Telecalling Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business development through effective telecalling and lead generation. This is a full-time OnSite position that offers the opportunity to showcase your convincing skills and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tele sales to promote products or services to potential customers.
  • Generate leads through various channels and maintain a database of prospective clients.
  • Engage in telecalling activities to pitch products/services and secure sales appointments.
  • Demonstrate strong convincing skills to convert leads into customers.
  • Utilize cold calling techniques to reach out to new prospects and generate interest in the offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support in achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tele sales and lead generation.
  • Excellent telecalling abilities with a focus on customer acquisition.
  • Demonstrated convincing skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in cold calling techniques and handling objections effectively.
  • Strong understanding of sales and business development processes.
  • Fluency in at least one language for effective communication with clients.
