The job of a Telecalling Executive at our company is a dynamic and engaging role that involves interacting with potential customers over the phone to generate leads and drive sales. As a Full-time OnSite position, you will be an integral part of our sales and business development team, contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set up sales appointments.
  • Explaining products or services to customers and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and updating the database with relevant information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in telecalling, lead generation, tele sales, and sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers over the phone.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Good understanding of inter-process communication and the sales process.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
