Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set up sales appointments.
- Explaining products or services to customers and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and updating the database with relevant information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in telecalling, lead generation, tele sales, and sales and business development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
