Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers and effectively communicating the benefits of our products/services
- Generating leads and following up on prospects to convert them into customers
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in telecalling, tele sales, or a similar role
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation and conversion
- Strong convincing skills and the ability to close sales deals
- Proficiency in cold calling and handling objections
