As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a crucial role in our organization by effectively communicating with clients and providing exceptional service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services
- Handle incoming calls from clients and address their inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Keep detailed records of all communications and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and preferences
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to explain product features clearly to clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telecalling or a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone voice
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus
