About the Job:
This is a full-time OnSite Telecalling Executive position where you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide information about products or services
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and gather feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in telecalling and customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS-Office, particularly MS Word
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
