We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers to promote our products/services, generate leads, or provide customer support. Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound/Inbound Calls: Make and receive calls to/from customers to provide information about products/services.
- Lead Generation: Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through effective communication.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Follow-up: Maintain follow-up communication with potential and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals.
