Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers to promote our products/services, generate leads, or provide customer support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound/Inbound Calls: Make and receive calls to/from customers to provide information about products/services.
  • Lead Generation: Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through effective communication.
  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Follow-up: Maintain follow-up communication with potential and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi.
  • Persuasive and Convincing: Ability to engage and convince customers effectively.
