Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ability to auto-generate leads and build own prospect database when needed.
• Pitch company services/products clearly and convincingly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
• Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
• Update call records and maintain CRM data properly.
• Coordinate with team leads and provide regular performance updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of telesales experience (mandatory).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Basic computer and mobile handling skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
