About the Job As a Tower Rigger at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of telecommunication towers. This is a full-time OnSite position where you will be responsible for working on-site at various locations to set up and maintain tower equipment. Roles & Responsibilities

• Performing equipment installation and maintenance on telecommunication towers
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times
• Troubleshooting technical issues and performing necessary repairs
• Reading and interpreting blueprint and technical diagrams for installations
• Utilizing basic electrical knowledge to complete tasks efficiently
• Demonstrating attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all installations
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively on-site
• Utilizing problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise during installations
• Displaying physical endurance and stamina to work at heights and in various weather conditions
